Confidentiality and Privacy
Your privacy is very important to me and I take multiple steps to protect it. I am the only person that will ever see your information as I do all my own bookings. Your identity and the details of our engagement will never be shared and are erased almost immediately after the verification process. Any mention of dates on my social media have the permission of those involved. If more extreme measures are required, I am happy to sign a NDA, the cost of which is to be paid by you. With that being said, I would also appreciate the same in return. Please keep my information safe and to yourself. You may follow the social media accounts I have listed on my site (missgiannalynn) but DO NOT under any circumstances request to add any of my personal social media accounts. It is seen as rude and very offensive.
Payment
My rates are non-negotiable. Remuneration is respectively for my time and companionship only. Anything else that may or may not occur is a matter of personal choice between consenting adults of legal age and is not contracted for, nor requested to be contracted for, or compensated for in any manner. Attempts to haggle, or inquires about explicit acts, even in coded language, will end our communications immediately.
I accept payment via Cash. If you wish to pay through methods other than cash, you must do so before the beginning of our engagement. CashApp & Venmo only.
Envelope
I know, the awkward part. I like to get this out of the way when meeting for the first time, so I ask you place the gift in clear view after getting through with introductions. The gift should be placed inside an envelope or holiday card. As said before, remuneration is respectively for my time and companionship only. Anything else that may or may not occur is a matter of personal choice between consenting adults of legal age and is not contracted for, nor requested to be contracted for, or compensated for in any manner.
Picture & Video
I allow photos and/or videos for a 500$ fee. This must be agreed upon in advance, and the content may not be shared or posted online under any circumstances. I do not film with clients as content trade, though I'd love for you to share whatever you capture from our date with me if you feel comfortable doing so.
Regardless, all l I ask is that I'm able to review the footage before you depart.
Hygiene
Theres an old adage, "Cleanliness is next to godliness" . I believe this to be one of the most crucial aspects of our date. I will be sure to look, feel, and smell 100% my best.. & I expect the same in return. If need be, I have all the essential hygiene products available and highly suggest freshening up when you arrive.
Deposit
A deposit will be requested for new clients looking to book an outcall for the first meet.
Dates 5 hours or more: A 25% deposit is required when booking. Even if we've seen each other before.
Over-nights and all dates exceeding 10 hours will require a 50% deposit.
Tour: a 25% deposit is mandatory when on tour. No matter the amount of time booked.
Deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied towards a reschedule if booked within 1 week. Otherwise, a new deposit will be requested for the new date.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you must cancel, I ask that you notify me immediately. Depending on the amount of time booked, and the lateness of the cancellation, a fee will be requested unless a deposit was made.
All confirmed appointments that are canceled within 6 hours or less of scheduled time require 50% of the rate for the engagement. All appointments canceled within 72 hours will require 25%. of the rate. No exceptions.
Overnights or multi- day bookings: if the date is cancelled with less than one week notice, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rate for the engagement. Cancellations are to be paid through CashApp or Venmo only.
I will not consider seeing you until the cancellation fee is paid, NO EXCEPTIONS. *All deposits are non refundable.
